If you are ordering online you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period during which you can claim a refund. If you have already attended your session during this period, this will not apply. If you are cancelling a session within 24 hours of ordering (but not immediately prior to your session), a full refund will be issued.

+44 (0) 800 180 4410. Failure to attend without reasonable prior notification (i.e. 24hrs) is non-refundable.
Should we need to cancel a session (for any reason) we will contact you beforehand to arrange an alternative date or organise a full refund.
Please note that refunds are based on the currency of the original payment. Any loss in conversion rate fees is due to normal market fluctuation and we cannot reimburse you for any loss due to conversion rate differences.
